Carolina Nery is a PhD candidate at the Pontifical Catholic University, São Paulo (PUC-SP), where she also obtained her master degree. She holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia University (NY – USA). She has completed her undergraduate degree in Law at Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP). She also has a master’s degree in languages from the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, in Germany. She is a member of the São Paulo Institute of Attorneys (IASP) and the author of several scientific papers published in specialized vehicles. Her book Arbitragem e Poder Judiciário: proposta para um diálogo was published by RT/Thomson Reuters in 2020.
